The service at Haldiram’s is extremely poor. The worst part is that you have to pay first before you can get your food. Even after you’ve eaten, you have to go to the pay counter and pay for any additional items you might need, like roti or chhapati. This is incredibly annoying and frustrating.

To make matters worse, when we visited with three members, we only received one spoon of food. This is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Haldiram’s. We hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure that your customers receive better service...

The food was good... delivered quickly but unfortunately the staff hired is very arrogant and mean... we went on a sunday evening and were told "order milne me 40-45 min lagege kerna hai to dekhlo" .... Imagine hearing this in a place where most of the items are readymade Afterthat i went to order a dessert - rabdi fallooda and the billing guy made me go from 1 counter to another and wait for 10 mins just to tel me its not available... He had heard it thrice but couldnt just answer that he doesn't hv it... very unprofessional n rude staff specifically the one at the...

"I visited Bikanervala today to celebrate my baby girl's birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service and food did not meet expectations at all. My family had a very bad experience due to poor service and a lack of proper waitstaff. We stayed there for two hours, but the entire time was uncomfortable.
