As a local guide, I recently visited "Boho by Olivia" to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I must say that the experience was quite impressive overall. The restaurant has a lot of pros, but there were also some cons that need to be highlighted for a complete review.
Pros:
Great Ambiance: The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance that is perfect for a fine dining experience. The decor is impressive, and the overall vibe is quite soothing and relaxing.
Excellent Food: The quality of the food was fantastic, and the taste was equally impressive. The dishes were well-prepared, and the presentation was top-notch.
Kid-Friendly: As a family restaurant, "Boho by Olivia" offers kid chairs, which is a thoughtful gesture for families with young children. This makes it a kid-friendly restaurant.
Attentive Staff: The staff at the restaurant was incredibly attentive, and their customer service was top-notch. They were always there to cater to our needs, and they did so with a smile.
Clean Bathrooms: The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus point for any restaurant.
Cons:
No Welcome Drinks: We were not offered any welcome drinks upon arrival, and there was no acknowledgment of our special occasion. This is something that the restaurant can improve on.
Small Portions and High Prices: While the food was excellent, the portion sizes were small, and the prices were higher than other fine dining restaurants. However, this is not a deal-breaker if you are looking for quality food.
Disappointing Chicken Tikka Butter Masala: The Chicken Tikka Butter Masala that I ordered was not up to the mark, and it was too sweet for my taste. However, this was just one dish, and the overall food experience was great.
No Official Menu Card for Hard Drinks: The restaurant does not have an official menu card for hard drinks, which can be inconvenient for customers who prefer to order drinks. However, the staff can provide them upon request. Beer cans were given and not the bottles.
No Discounts Offered: We did not receive any discounts or offers despite the small portion sizes and high prices.
In conclusion, "Boho by Olivia" is a great restaurant for a fine dining experience, with excellent food, attentive staff, and a great ambiance. However, there is room for improvement in terms of welcome drinks, menu cards, and discounts. Despite these cons, the overall experience was quite impressive, and I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for quality food in a...
Read moreThey give false information on call that On Arrival Table booking in Open dining area.. When i reached their with family and kids there i seen Table with seating of 12-15 ppl lying empty in open seating area and i said manager to give occupancy to us of that table, the owner (who is a young boy) came to us (reached families) to w8 for more time in outside arena which is ridiculous (hospitality sucks). When i asked Manager over their to allocate that empty table response i received is that it is booked which is a g8 contradiction to information they give on call. So don't trust them at all..!!!! Secondly , they are serving drinks on very high rate and quantity of food is less as per their Rates..!! Lastly couple of persons are openly drinking in the parking area (in front of hotel) which is little bit not safe...

Visited BoHo restaurant situated inside the resort. Worst restaurant I have ever visited in my entire life, worst service I have encountered with only 2 person handling area of 10 tables, out of those 2 only one was to serve and one was to take order. The so-called caption doesn't even know the difference between Green chilli and red sauce, and offers red sauce when asked for green chilly. A group of 15 people going to enjoy their sunday evening have to face such an experience that they have to take their food somewhere else. While doing payment on the counter we met 2 other groups also who were feeling the same experience, asking no bowls on the table no chapaties and no vegetables etc.
They have only 2 ACs in the area of 30...
