THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER.

I don't have an idea about the quality of the cake but the quality of their service is not good.

On the occasion of teacher's day, I ordered a cake for my teacher who used to teach me 25 years ago. I asked the bimbo cafe to deliver to my teacher's home as I was out of the city.

I requested them to write 3-4 lines on a small letter for my teacher & send it along with the cake. I sent the content of the letter on whats app to bimbo cafe & they told me that they will send it along with the cake.

But I got to know from my teacher that they did not receive any letter. I then sent a message to bimbo cafe on whats app asking them about the letter but they did not reply.

They had an opportunity to make an occassion more beautiful & memorable for their customer but...

One of the best in business if we talk about cakes and pastries. You will always find freshness in their cakes and pastries. Apart from cakes and pastries they also provides lot of other snacks, hot and cold beverages in their menu. I personally liked their chocolate truffle pastry and red velvet cake. Today, I visited their Cafe with my wife to check their coffee and sandwiches. We ordered cappuccino, cafe latte and one Mexican sandwich, I would say that it was an ok type experience not the best one.

It's situated in the basement near to axis Bank building on delhi-rohtak road, they have sitting capacity of around 15 people, I would suggest you to visit them if your taste buds needs fresh cake...

The cake I ordered from there was quite disappointing. Despite promising a strawberry-flavored cake, there wasn't a single strawberry in it. Instead, it tasted more like plain bread with overly sweet cream. I've made the mistake of ordering from there twice, and both times it failed to meet my expectations.
