During my recent visit to Burger King, I ordered the Veg Mukhni Burst Burger, Crispy Veg Burger, and Choco Lava Cake. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing in terms of food quality, staff behavior, and food taste.
Food Quality and Taste :-
Makhni Burst Burger:- It was worthless and tasteless and the quality of Bun was not good at all and patty used to make burger was not fresh and I am disappointed with Burger King.
Choco Lava Cake :- I found that the Choco Lava Cake was dry and lacked the rich, gooey texture that is expected from a dessert of its kind. The taste was also underwhelming, leaving me unsatisfied with this particular item. It seemed like the cake had been sitting out for a while and was not fresh .
Crispy Veg Burger:- Moving on to the Crispy Veg Burger, I was disappointed to find that it was tasteless and lacked the expected flavors. The patty itself was not up to par, as it failed to provide a satisfying texture and taste. Moreover, the quality of the onions used in the burger was subpar, as they appeared to be far from fresh. This compromised the overall quality of the burger and left me unsatisfied.
Staff Behavior: - Their behavior was unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. It is essential for the staff to be courteous, attentive, and responsive to customer needs. The manager was needs Skills to deal with customers
In summary, my experience at Burger King was far from satisfactory. The food quality fell short, with the Choco Lava Cake being dry and lacking taste, and the Crispy Veg Burger being tasteless and using low-quality onions. Additionally, the staff behavior, especially that of the manager, was disappointing. I hope that Burger King takes these points into consideration and strives to improve the overall dining experience for its customers...
Read moreThe restaurant has authentic taste like any other original BK outlet , but the staff is very unprofessional , while i was there for 30mins they got orders of atleast 3 customers either wrong or annoyed them in some way(including mine).
The staff themselves placed order for me on their screen and she was adding and replacing items so quickly i couldn't even see the final order because she was in such a hurry while there was no customer behind me , anyways because of that I couldn't see my final checkout page of my order and was not sure what she has finally placed and then gave me a order which was different than what I was asking her to place & then I told I am not quite sure this is what I placed , so they(Swati - may be she was their senior because everyone called her mam while she was calling others by name) told me sir don't worry this is your order you might have got confused , after 10 mins while I had already eaten almost half of my order they came and told me they have given me some additional items which was not part of my order and asked me to pay for it , if you were not sure about the order why you served me this order in the first place , I ended up paying for that extra stuff which I didn't even eat .
I am not saying they wanted to steal money from me , but because of the unawareness of the staff i had to pay extra 300rs for the same order , rest the taste and Atmosphere of the place is good , my advice would be dont ask for staff's help they'll just screw up your order and then ask you to pay extra or something , BK India should intervene and teach their Hisar outlet staff about the working of the brand little better so that customers don't have to pay extra for their...
Read moreThe manager(Mr Parveen) of this Burger King is doing a fraud with customers. Let me tell you what happened with me on 12 April 2024 around 1600h when i was traveling from bikaner to delhi. I have made a transaction of ₹187 for a regular Cold coffee through my paytm app. The amount has been deducted from my account & the same i had checked through my bank as well. However the indl at the counter said that we have not recd the amount you have to pay again, i said amount has been deducted & there is no issue with the payment.
Till this moment things were fine & even i thought must be some network issue problem could have happened. But then I told him to check his transaction history so that it will be clear. Now the situation turns, he said sir no history of transaction is available with me…i said show me the machine i will check my self.. he too the machine n done some settings & gave it to me. When i started checking it.it was showing no transaction available as this was my second payment. Then told me to pay again.
