Overall i left with a high note...

I entered with around 3 waiters all standing and none willing to show me to a table. So i said nothing since they ignored my presence, i spotted an empty table helped myself to it and waited for like 5minutes, while 3 of the waiters that were standing on the door while i entered were still standing there. They're awesome people not gonna lie, but lacking in their service skills. While i waited for 5minutes, i had to wave towards a waiter to get me a grilled sandwich and a cold coffee since i was not shown the menu, i could read they serve that, from a banner on the front door. Won't ask if you want anything else? No water was offered, nobody came to ask for the order, wasn't even given a menu? Like no menu. it felt like i had to do it myself if i were going to eat something here. So i read that and waved at one of the waiters to Bring me a Grilled sandwich and cold coffee. Trust me these are awesome people, just lacking a little in taking initiative towards providing service. When asked for, they do their best. Also i am still unhappy about the fact that they asked me to switch tables while the whole restaurant was waiting with empty tables... Coz it feels disrespectful when you won't show the table first and then asked to change the table for god knows what... Lost my apetite, so didn't try the main course... It's a small thing but these small things are called bad service. Also tried a few other things as well... Overall good vibes and a good place to hangout by yourself or friends... :) give it a try you'll like it... At the end if not in the beginning...

No water, No menu, No table, no communication, no greeting at least ask the customer how many people are there...

The food was a definite 4/5... but their chef special noodles were disappointing. It didn't carry the punch and spiciness and the flavour fullness that you expect from noodles, the fruits in the dish ruined the flavour. Cold Coffee, peri peri fries and their Grilled sandwich is a must try. The food is definitely worth trying.

Waiting sometimes kills your hunger, so ... I hope they improve.

Many people will ignore these things, but in hindsight these things will make people less interested in coming back again... you want to retain customers, service is as important as food, so a little on that if improved will bring the wheels back on the road... if you expect to serve only ministers, give service of that quality so that a minister would be interested in coming there after hearing...

Service is worst. Food is okay. Explanation: I am here to share an incident that happen yesterday (July 12,2024 at 6.20 pm). It was my birthday and we (5 persons) went there for a small celebration. We ordered 3 items in starting. After sometimes we got 1st item. After 2-3 minutes of finishing that, we got 2nd item. We finished that too. After it we waited for 5-7 minutes but we were not served with 3rd item. So we made a gesture and said excuse me to a waiter no.1 who came to take our order (age around 25). He saw but didn't come. After 2-3 mins again. This happened for 3-4 times. This made me angry as my friends were waiting and the treat was on me. Then a waiter no. 2 (age around 20) came to the table next to me. So I called him and my anger burst out on him. I said ''what kind of service is this and we are waiting for 3rd item for a long time and also we are calling him, he saw but didn't come''. After this incident we got our order within 5-7 minutes. So we assume that he had forgotten the order. If it is true so he should use pen and paper for orders. And also then I realised it was not waiter 2's mistake as he didn't see the gesture and also he didn't take our order as well. Waiter 2 also came to help us in taking out our two wheeler for the parking. But I am still stick to my statement that service is worst as they all represents the cafe itself. A heartfelt apology to waiter 2 for my behaviour. And waiter 1 needs some lessons on servicing. One more important thing is that online menu uploaded from official website should be updated. Was so immersed in the food that forgot to click pictures. This place reminds me of the coolest hangout places when I was in college. It's one of the best joints in rohtak city only for the food(there is no seating area), if you are coming here please come empty stomach and with a good appetite. We ordered few things like supreme burger, cheese stuffed garlic bread and cold coffee. The burger is one of the best I had in latest times and cold coffee is quite impressive for its price. The quality and quantity both are good. Only downside is that it has a waiting area outside where you can haul for couple of minutes since it's a busy circle on the main road. People love to pull over and enjoy the bite. Menu is quite overloaded with varied options for all taste buds like Maggi, Pastas, Pizzas , Garlic bread, burger. The drink menu is another selling point as they have variety of coffee both hot and cold plus few another mocktails. The waiting time sometimes can be more depending on the crowd but it runs quite smooth as owner is efficiently managing orders. Overall it's a place you can binge eat on sundays and have a happy tummy with not much...
