Visiting Domino's Pizza at Nit 5 Faridabad has been consistently disappointing due to their unreliable service. Many times, upon arrival, we've been informed of "technical issues" or told that our order has been lost, resulting in an inability to serve us.

They delivered stale pizza and garlic bread. After I filed my complaint, they took their sweet time to contact me. The manager on duty tried his best, I guess. But the best he could do was send me another pizza. No thanks. I don't want to die by food poisoning.

Their delivery agent was very rude. If this is how they are in front of the customer, who knows what goes on in the kitchen.

I demanded a refund and they stopped responding to my emails.
