Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Billing Irregularities and Unprofessional Conduct – Domino’s Sector 22, Faridabad
Dear Domino’s Customer Care Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Domino’s outlet in Sector 22, Faridabad on 12th August 2025 between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM.
I visited the outlet at around 1:05 PM to purchase a Medium Veg Mushroom Tomato Onion Pizza (Order under the name Gourav). The following issues occurred:
No Bill Provided Initially – When I placed my order, the cashier did not provide a bill. After 10 minutes, my order was ready, but I still was not given one. Upon requesting, I was handed only an order slip, which is not a valid bill.
Unprofessional Behavior – When I insisted on receiving the proper bill, the cashier called other staff members, who began laughing and making fun of my request. I even showed a bill from another restaurant to explain the difference, but my concern was dismissed.
Incorrect Bill Issued – Another staff member finally issued a bill, but it showed an “Amount Due” despite my payment being made in full via cash. When I asked why online payment was refused, they simply stated, “We don’t accept online.”
Mockery by Staff – One male staff member mocked me by making a joke about “Dew” (soft drink) when I mentioned the word “due.”
Bill Correction Only After My Persistence – Eventually, another staff member corrected the due amount in the system and reprinted the correct bill.
I strongly believe this may indicate irregular billing practices or a potential scam occurring at this outlet. I request you to review the CCTV footage for the date and time mentioned to verify my claims.
As a regular customer of Domino’s, I expect professionalism, transparency in billing, and respectful treatment. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable.
I request a prompt investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the staff involved. Please also confirm in writing that my complaint has been received and will be addressed.
