Domino's Pizza | Sector 31, Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

My visit to Domino's at Pristine Mall was a positive one, despite some of the mixed reviews I had read before. Here’s what stood out during my visit:

Service Quality: The service at this Domino's outlet was prompt and efficient. From placing the order to receiving it, the staff was courteous and handled everything smoothly. Unlike some reports of delays and miscommunication, my order was prepared and delivered exactly as requested.

Food Quality: The pizza and other items I ordered were fresh, hot, and met the quality standards I’ve come to expect from Domino's. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the pizza was perfectly cooked, with the right amount of toppings. It was clear that the kitchen staff took care in preparing the food, which contributed to an overall enjoyable meal.

Cleanliness and Ambiance: The outlet was clean and well-maintained. The seating area, although not very large, was comfortable and tidy. This added to the pleasant dining experience, making it a good spot to enjoy a quick meal.

Value for Money: The pricing at Domino's is always reasonable, and this visit was no exception. The quality of food and service provided made it worth every penny. I felt that the overall experience offered good value for money.

Misbehaving and rude staff. They gave only 2 oregano and 1 chilli flakes satche for 1 pizza and when i asked for extra, the server "soni" said it's chargable now. Rs.150 of order and they can't even give you extra seasoning.They didn't even give me ketchup with the order, when i got it for free with a previous order and when i said that she started asking me aggressively what is the employee's name, tell me and all that, i hardly inquire about every server's name when they hand me the order.

Then she started arguing with me when i said that seasoning shouldn't be chargeable then showing attitude, telling me to call the manager if a have problem with it. She was so aggressive with it, i took my order and went home bacause now they don't let you dine in at their convenience, because sometimes people are there and sometimes they are not.

It's been  an hour and i still haven't gotten a review link because now they are withholding their review link too. On top that the pizza was dry, with lots of side dry dough with almost no cheese. It's...

I started ordering regularly from May 22 from them. This April was about to mark my year-long journey so I could switch to my fitness journey from May 23.

I usually order low end pizza mania items, sometimes upper end items as well.

All 11 months until March 23 this outlet was great gotta rate it 4/5.

I was a regular buyer, 20 days out of 30 I would eat at least one pizza from them. This Domino's was my go to junk craving hub. Even if I calculate, I almost ordered 40k worth of pizzas in last 1 year.

But this April idk what happened, they did a complete 180°. Be it taste or quality.

All pizzas in pizza mania be it lowest end (tomato) to upper end (non veg loaded) all just tasted like bread, no flavours, no cheese, no cream cheese at all.

Toppings were there but all in all pizza tasted like I was eating cardboard.

This wasn't the case until March. I think they hired new staff.

As I said I will be on a fitness journey from now on, and this Domino's gave me another stronger reason...
