Hello Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Haryana

The cafe is manipulating the customers by charging above MRP for many items like cold drinks and others. Reason given by them are simply Stupid, they just try to fumble up the customer in talks by saying "sab jgha ese hi hota hai", "ese nai hota wse nai hota". They even bill customer for empty glasses taken with cold drink by charging them extra over Mrp. Self service is there so no matter how big your bill is, u have to receive ur order by yourself, carry it through the narrow stairs on the 1st Floor, when everyone else is staring at you. There is a lot of risk in carrying ur order in hands while moving in that matchbox size shop.

Customer service is extremely poor...we once thought that they are going to bill us for theTissue papers used.

You have to rush multiple times to collect your order(if there are different items in it) while eating in the name of so called self service. Also most of the Food items especially Chinese food taste bad here and prices are sky high like some...

Came to this place with friends after seeing on Google. Tried Hakka Noodles , Maharaja Pizza and south Indian. Tastewise, everything was super with Good quality.
