It was my bad luck that I visited kfc kundli yesterday. I am a big fan of KFC and have been regular to KFC ,laxmi nagar, Delhi. But when I visited KFC,kundli I got rude shocks....took a 4+4 bucket of hot&crispy and smoky grilled....all the chicken pieces were very small, cold and were stale....their size was not even 50% of what we were accustomed to in KFC,laxmi nagar.....now I ordered 2 large Pepsi ..but we were provided with medium size glasses of Pepsi......when I enquired they told me ki yha pe yhi large size hota hai.......blatant liars....staff is rude and stupid....they don't know how to deal customers....give stale, cold and rejected small sized chicken pieces, fool people by giving small/medium Pepsi in place of large Pepsi.....highway pe hai na...public itni aati nhi...toh profit kamane ke liye unn logo ko cheat krte hain ye log Jo by mistake come to this place.......don't ever visit this KFC....worst experience...

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC outlet today. We were first served stale, soggy, and cold food. When we complained, the staff rudely told us that if we wanted fresh food, we would need to wait 30 minutes.

So not only did we get stale food to begin with, but after waiting for fresh food, they acted as if it was somehow our fault for asking for it. When we requested replacement drinks (which had turned warm during the long wait), they again refused in a very rude tone, saying it wasn’t their fault the drinks were no longer cold. After a long discussion, they reluctantly gave us cold drinks.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide a bill for our order.

Paying customers should not be blamed for expecting fresh food. The service, behavior, and attitude here were completely...
