Worst Experience Ever with Staff and Manager (Sunny) Absolutely had a terrible experience with the staff and the manager named Sunny. They were completely unprofessional and had no manners at all. We placed our order and were told it was on the way, yet after a few minutes, other customers came in, placed their orders — and were served before us.

When I approached them, the manager simply asked, “What was your order, sir?” — really? Even the manager didn’t know how their own system works. Instead of serving customers, they were busy chatting in the office.

This is totally unacceptable for a brand like KFC. The service was misleading, disorganized, and disrespectful. The place seriously needs new staff or a full investigation into how it’s being run.
