We visited this restaurant recently and were initially impressed by the lovely ambience—it’s cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The food was average at best, but the service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for everything, from water glasses and cutlery to plates and even clearing used dishes. After taking our order, the server was nowhere to be seen for 45 minutes, and we had to personally track him down.

I understand it was a busy night, but it’s better to focus on serving one table properly than to spread the staff too thin and mess up for everyone. What made things worse was when we tried to discuss the food quality, and the server rudely walked away mid-conversation.
