Firstly, I would like to appreciate the delicious taste and quality of the food — it truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable. Compliments to the chef and the entire team for maintaining such good flavors.

However, I would like to share a small suggestion with utmost respect. Given the pricing of the dishes, it would be wonderful if the quantity of food could be slightly increased to better match the value. It would truly enhance customer satisfaction and make the experience even more fulfilling.

Additionally, a kind request regarding the packaged drinking water charges — if possible, please consider offering water at MRP or even complimentary, as many well-known restaurants are doing. This small gesture often leaves a positive impression and encourages repeat visits. It not only reflects hospitality but also builds a stronger connection with guests.

Food quality was so poor. Afghani chicken was uncooked and contains extra salt. There wasn't chicken in chicken biryani and the rice was partially cooked. Only "Dahi ke sholey" was satisfactory. They provided sweet chutney for momos. The behaviour of staff was unpleasant they were busy in watching match instead of giving attention. They were extremely unhygienic one of them removed his mask and put more than half of his finger into his nostril. They were extremely unprofessional. E.g. A girl call the waiter "bhiya" and the waiter wearing black shirt replied "please bhiya mat bolo" Overcharged for each disgusting dishes. 6 pcs of veg momos was charged ₹325. We ordered a few items, was cost approximate ₹2500. They charged 5% GST that is fine but they charged 10% service charge for what? For serving food after putting fingers in nostril??? If you are planning for a small gathering/get together/function get ready to see it getting ruined if you plan at Le-Chef, Cross River Mall, Karkardooma. You won't get the basic facilities like Air Conditioning and the worst part is false commitments. The food is pathetic, and the attitude of the manager makes sure that you regret even further. Mr. Deepak is the most arrogant man I have ever encountered who will never listen to you and stay adamant and rigid against all the guest's requests. I have arranged and attended various functions till now, and never seen such kind of a Manager of a banquet who can be this bad and go till any extent to ruin your function.
