Pathetic service i will never ever think to going for dinner today i have order food from manmatia they have not packed the entire order after i call the given no they said can u pick up the rest order. Afterthat i said no they will come to deliever but neitger calk nor message me and after waiting for five minute he will go back and when i call to given no they replied our delievery boy waiting for five min now he will come back how can i know ur guy is standing outside.

This is the pathetic service i will never ever experince this kind of service from any kind of department.

I travel often in India, but my experience at Manmatiya hotel was very bad. Room service very poor Staff not coprative While going out of the room, he took out the goods from the room with the extra key, which was shown earlier while giving the room. No hot water. Cut electricity supply in morning. Water was running all night from AC The one who was given a water bottle also took money. Even blanket is not available in room. Worst experience...... I would never...
