McDonald's — Restaurant in Haryana

The staff at this place is pathetic and their customer service is just really bad. I always order burger without myonise and most of the time there is a problem with the order. I dont like drama so i just eat and leave without complain. But yesterday it was too much i went there it was around 11.40 and orderd a burger combo as usual. I took the order and went to table while having it i saw the wraper was used and completely dirty as if someone has wiped their dirty hands on that and when i checked the burger even the patty inside the burger looked stale and as if it has been wiped and used as i ordered a burger without myonise. I placed the burger in tissue and had it. I wanted to complain but there were cutomers on the counter so i left. But this time it was too much and not going back to this place ever again and wont recommend it all. Staff there is too irresponsible and just serve food as if they are providing it for free. No sense at all, they definitely needs strict training regarding customer service in hospitality. Infact, there should be mystry audits to find out the behaviour of the staff as MacDonald is a brand their service is not like this anywhere . This is the worst MacDonald i used to visit as i like macdonalds but after yesterday i would like to suggest that hire people who know some work ethics you people are not providing...

Without a shadow of doubt, the best way to enjoy a McDonald's burger is definitely in-situ. However, owing to pandemic that we all are paving our way through, delivery is a anyday a better option.

Ordered a McVeggie Meal & a McSpicy Paneer Burger. A wholesome meal indeed. Relished it. A brief description of flavours I tried :-

McVeggie Burger : Nice crispy burger. The patty is made of mixed veggies. The melted cheese enhances the flavour of the burger. Its not spicy & hence would suit any taste bud. Buns used are also soft. Good one indeed.

McSpicy Paneer Burger : A Flat slice of deep fried Cottage cheese covered in a crispy & spicy batter. Buns were fluffy. Served with lettuce & a veg mayo barbecue like flavoured sauce. Delicious but pretty heavy on the stomach.

Pizza Mcpuff : A nice saucy stuffing of mixed veggies including beans, peas, carrots, onions & capsicum. A prominent flavour of oregano in the stuffing. The wrapping is nice & filling.

French Fries : They do not go wrong with this one. Just that if you are considering for a delivery, these fries generally get soggy.

Really enjoyed the whole set of meals. I do recommend to grab these.
