Mirchi Hotel & Restaurant — Restaurant in Haryana

Have crossed this place many times, so finally decided to give it a try. (Restaurant and not the hotel) Infrastructure looks impressive and so does the internal decor. Was not hungry, so ordered a chocolate shake and a soup for the friend. Soup was good. However, chocolate shake was worse than pathetic and falling out of the glass. It tasted as if ice and sugar have been blended with a malt drink. It was excessively sweet. When asked to get it changed, with much less sugar, the same thing was served in a new glass, and that I saw him doing!! I didn't have it, yet paid, but told the so called manager that it was pathetic, instead of apologising his behavior was offensive. Anyways, even the waiters were wearing abraded clothes. I've heard, that the food is good. One star for the behavior of the staff and of course the mood killing syrup sold as shake! One star extra for the ambience which was okay,...

I actually prefer taking light meals while I am on the road so to be honest I did not check the restaurant but went to their cafe and ordered a coffee and a chicken roll. Which was decent and along with a pack of chips the meal costed me 319 rupees which also nominal if you compare with CCD or any other brand.

Staff in the cafe was polite and friendly. The area is definitely clean and the washroom is also good. Gave only four star because they mostly had frozen food option, like momos and patty was also not looking fresh. The roll I chose was also not made the same day but the taste was good and it was not bad or rotten so...

I would only suggest they need to keep a tab on the fresh food rest everything...

Great Service in the restaurant!! I was travelling back to Delhi on 26th Dec'22 and the Volvo bus driver stopped by this restaurant around 7 pm for dinner. Initially, it seemed like an isolated place and I wasn't expecting much, but much to my surprise, not only their food quality was excellent (largely ordered north Indian food for me and my family), their service was quick and great too, despite roughly 40 odd people from our bus ordering at the same time. Trust me, they brought every single item to the table within minutes everytime I ordered.
