Absolute worst experience. On Saturday 13 april we had a pre-booking for 35 guests. We had a fixed menu with unlimited food with a fixed price per person. They had extremely slow service with very little staff. They don't have any experience handling large bookings. They didn't provide any dedicated waiters for our guests, people were waiting all the time to get any sabzi while chapati were getting cold and hard. There was no waiter to ask anything, I had to go multiple times in the kitchen to find. Even managers disappeared. One of their managers was even talking rudely with our guests. Half of our guests didn't even eat due to slow service they were not hungry anymore. They told us Ice cream will be unlimited at the booking time but they brought it only once while I was still eating my chapati. When I asked them to bring it after finishing my chapati, the waiter didn't even bring it later. Overall a very very bad experience. During payment time they were not even taking feedback seriously.
