PUNJABI KADHAI — Restaurant in Haryana

Overall my experience was good probably because I chose a Monday evening to dine in. Food was definitely delicious. One stand out feature of this restaurant was definitely sitting arrangement as it gives you option to sit in lawn type arrangement with good decor along with desert coolers in place. You can also opt in to sit inside with centralized AC on regular dining tables or you can choose small rooms with bed and big marble table top where your whole group or family can sit like you sitting in your room and enjoy the food(I chose this and it was very comfortable) Lot of people have complained about slow service in their google reviews and even though I chose a Monday evening to dine in, I can probably understand why they felt neglected. Call it shortage of support staff or lack of professional support staff, either ways I don't see them taking care of you in heavy croud situation. Another stand out feature is the fact that this place is open till 6 am in morning making it one of unique places which can serve you food...

"WORST" in Service and Food in Faridabad. They have shortage of staff, abundance of assurance, and Zero Customer Experience.

You can go and sit anywhere at this place, since no body cares about it. Take 1 person with you who could run behind - Housekeeper to come to your table and to clean it Waiter to come to your table and take the order Owner to complain about delay in food, just to get assurance multiple times

If you are lucky, you will get the tasteless and bland food in installments. There is no "Punjabi" touch in their Kadhai. Even Dal Makhni, Paneer Masala were not prepared well :(

I have nothing to suggest to them as this experience ruined my family's Saturday. We had to leave the food in between, and as usual, No One Cares at Punjabi Kadhai.

Yeah, you can enjoy the seating and seeing others...

Pathetic place! Went there just 1 hour back. Service was just pathetic, extremely slow, highly mismanaged. After I confronted for the extremely slow service and mismanagement (spoons missing, had to ask for extra plate 4 times, at least 25 mins waiting time after pla ing the order, incorrect billing, waiters and kitchen staff fighting in front of customers) the reply I got was "Sir aaj crowd zada ho gya hai, ladke sambhaal nahi paa rahe"

The most irritating part...i hadn't finished my food yet and the waiter took away the plate; same with water glass.

We ordered dal makhni and mushroom masala.. Below average taste.

Billing error, had to get it corrected after yelling at the manager.

A complete NO to this place. Not...
