Red Dragon — Restaurant in Haryana

In Delhi NCR, Chinese is heavenly. Considering the crowd I saw, thought they serve good. But a lot of things have made me write this review (usually avoid writing negative reviews):

The menu was pasted on the wall, which was covered by people trying to order. Upon asking them to provide a hand menu, the cashier very arrogantly said: this is what I have no hand out menus. Okay, fine. There was no seating space outside and a great jostle at the counter to get order placed. Worst, they had just two tables. Coz, it was crowded. Okay, maybe the food is good. Service pathetically slow and discontinuous. Everyone was asking where their order was. The person at the counter - pathetic, arrogant Momos came first, very average 2/5. Had much better momos at metro shops. Then came chilly potato. -5/10. Worst. The mayo given was weirdly watery.

Overall, NEVER AGAIN. The entire experience ruined...

Ive been to this place multiple times and the service has dropped drastically. Its common in fbd to eat in car from such eateries and thats how most of their business work BUT their service is pathetic now. You gotta get out and order and pay first, then they’ll come with your order conveniently 20-25 mins later even if it is simple dish like momos. Their tandoori chicken momos was one particular dish which made me come back which are bad now. Their next door sharwma vendor has excellent service and food is standardised. The owner of this this outlet seems least interested too, I understand that sitting in one place whole day is no fun but its your business you gotta be atleast polite and not ignore the customers. It was a regular hangout place for me and my friends but the rolls are of low quality now as they are made in front of you so u can actually see what's going in it, chicken has to be reheated before adding it to the roll so u can enjoy the correct flavors and as it is a protein it has to be reheated until and unless it is being tossed in front of you which can in most cases cause food poisoning. My friend ordered Tandoori moms which are a must when u go to red dragon, but now they are under cooked and the filling itself has no taste and the dough for momos is like uncooked maida/flour. Please look into it because you were known for best rolls...
