Hi everyone. I am Sumeet Dabas and today I am sharing the first insight of our new venture in Ambala. Themis group has covered the Delhi-Chandigarh highway with its outlets in Pitampura, Murthal, Panipat, Karnal and now in Ambala.

Themis Barbecue House in Ambala is a flagship project for the Themis group. Envisioned as a deep dining venue, the sprawling 14000 sqft space offers a state of the art design all bathed in hues of rust and crimson textures offset with highlights of white and brass which renders a contemporary design style that becomes the perfect background for dining, lounging and partying. Monolithic conceptual design aims to offer to the B city the metropolitan experience. The spatial concept is a reimagining of the Mediterranean pallet by developing a new design vernacular that combines the best of greek elements with a modern spatial form.

The arched windows, arrays of arched tunnel views, modern interpretation of grecolati elements bring together the spatial poetics. The larger than life space also offers a signature island Bar in circular shape that offers interesting spatial zones. Themis Barbecue House at Ambala Cantt offers a luxury dinning experience with their best in class barbecue buffet in a small town like Ambala. Though you can opt for Ala Carte menu but for food lovers, their buffet is quite famous. Recently we were at this lovely place for a family dinner. Though I was intrested in placing order as per individual choice but family opt for buffet. As we entered inside this restuarant, floor manager greet us and he assists us to have our seats. Superb and vibrant ambience with live singing creates atmosphere for a relaxing family dinner date. To start with live Paneer Tikka, Honey-Cinnamon grilled Pinapple and Cripsy Corn were enough to tell us the quality of food going to serve us. Start with delicious starters and then picking exotic Indian, Chinese and Italian cusines (as per out taste) buds left us happy and satisfied. All cusines tastes extremely good.
