Cafe Alpenglow — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

We ran in to cafe alpenglow while sissu was drowned in darkness thanks to a power cut which hit across the valley. The first impression of the owner vipinji was about clarity and no desire to over please. It did irk while we were ruminating the decision of checkin in. But once we decided to his terms it slowly started dawning upon us that we were with a setup whose ethos were under commitment and over delivery.

Vipinji and his band of boys sprung into action

Got us comfortable, lit up the room with candle light, got us everything we could possibly ask for. Vipinji became our chef and dished out a freshly cooked sumptuous meal which we gulped down our hungry throats.

Luckily the power resumed within an hour and we were provided with a heater as a saving grace from the summer chill.

Vipinji personally made himself available for any needs that we may have during our stay.

Our night was comfortable and the view from the windows was of the snow capped mountains.

It was a eventful night but very well handled by vipinji his team and urs truly.
