I had an incredible experience at Cafe Bushehri few days ago. It is run by the award winning star host Parul Sharma herself. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat. The cozy atmosphere, complete with plush chairs and stylish decor, made me feel like I was in a friend's living room. But it was the service that really stole the show - our barista Parul and Siddarth Sharma, were attentive, knowledgeable, and made expertly crafted drinks with a smile. The coffee was, without a doubt, the best I've had in ages. Rich, bold, and expertly brewed, it was the perfect way to start my day. And the food? Oh my goodness, the food! From the yummy cakes and pastries to the savoury sandwiches, every bite was a delight. I had the Biscoff Cheese cake and the Chocolate Brownie cake, and it did not disappoint - fresh, flavourful ingredients, perfectly prepared. What really sets Cafe Bushehri apart, though, is the sense of community. From the regular chatting with the staff to the book club meeting in the corner, it's clear that this cafe is a beloved gathering place for the neighbourhood. If you're looking for a spot to relax, work, or just indulge in some amazing coffee and treats, look no further than Cafe Bushehri. I'll be back, and I'll be bringing friends! Highlights: Exceptional service Delicious coffee and food Cozy atmosphere Sense of community Recommendation: Try the Biscoff Cheese cake. Trust me, you...

Our first visit to Cafe Bushehri turned into a magical experience as it started snowing, adding a fairytale touch to the moment! We indulged in Cafe Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Classic French Fries, and the ultimate Chocolate Brownie, and let me just say – every bite was a masterpiece. Each item was crafted to perfection, bursting with flavors that left us wanting more.

The staff deserves a special mention for their warmth and professionalism. They have mastered the art of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels special.

The ambiance was equally captivating – from indoor games for both kids and adults to a cozy book rack stocked with interesting reads. Whether you’re a bookworm or a game enthusiast, there’s something for everyone here.

What truly sets this cafe apart is the personal touch from the owners, Parul Sharma and Siddharth Sharma. Their friendly gestures of visiting each table, greeting guests, and engaging in heartfelt conversations added an unparalleled charm to the overall experience.

Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this cafe is a must-visit destination. If you're anywhere near Dalhousie, don’t miss out on this slice of culinary heaven – it’s more than just a meal, it’s...

I highly recommend this cafe located in Banikhet. It is eponymous with the quintessential Himachali cap. We visited the cafe multiple times during our stay at the Tilsharit Homestay ( same owner Parul mam). The decor is tasteful and the staff are courteous and helpful. Coming to the star of the show - the food, we had loaded nachos non veg(cheesy and chickeny finger licking goodness), grilled chicken with mushroom sauce (perfectly seasoned bechamel with umami from fresh mushroom, portion size enough for 2 moderate eaters), mushroom n cheese soup (amazing in the cold weather). The piece de resistance is the chocolate cake( perfectly moist with the satiny ganache and balanced sweetness). The no bake biscoff cheesecake was a crowd favourite. The last but not the least, hot chocolate deserves a special mention topped with whipped cream. I will definitely be back here.

PS - we tried the siddu too, the bread was soft and had the right amount of filling (khus and walnut). The ghee and the chilli dip elevated the Himachali experience to...

I recently visited the Bushehri cafe and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The food was absolutely amazing, whether it was the local Himachali delicacies or the delectable baked goods like cheese cake and brownies. Every bite was a burst of flavor and left me craving for more. What really made the experience exceptional was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the cafe owners and staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great time. Their hospitality added to the overall charm of the place. The ambiance of the cafe also played a big role in making our visit memorable. The cozy decor and festive Christmas vibes made it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with loved ones. Overall, I would highly recommend Bushehri cafe to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. Whether you're in the mood for local cuisine or some indulgent baked treats, this cafe has it all. The food, the staff, and the ambiance all come together to create an unforgettable experience.

This was an accidental search. We were bored of having the regular parantha, dal fry etc. during our trip to Himachal so thought of trying something different. The Google search spit out few Pizza outlets and this cafe. I saw the reviews and the images and decided to try it. This place is Heaven. The ambience is so positive, bright and it just cheers you up. The owner Ms. Parul ji personally meets anyone who visits and that's something you don't find often (almost never). The cafe is decorated with sovereigns from different parts of the world and the ambience is just so soothing. It gives you a very calm and meditative sense when you sit there. We went here for dinner everyday for three consecutive days...we spent time there and we didn't feel like leaving. If time and money would have permitted, we would have spent our whole day from morning to evening here itself. This cafe is in Banikhet (Dalhousie) and a must visit during your trip to this side of Himachal.
