I had an incredible experience at Cafe Bushehri few days ago. It is run by the award winning star host Parul Sharma herself. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat. The cozy atmosphere, complete with plush chairs and stylish decor, made me feel like I was in a friend's living room. But it was the service that really stole the show - our barista Parul and Siddarth Sharma, were attentive, knowledgeable, and made expertly crafted drinks with a smile. The coffee was, without a doubt, the best I've had in ages. Rich, bold, and expertly brewed, it was the perfect way to start my day. And the food? Oh my goodness, the food! From the yummy cakes and pastries to the savoury sandwiches, every bite was a delight. I had the Biscoff Cheese cake and the Chocolate Brownie cake, and it did not disappoint - fresh, flavourful ingredients, perfectly prepared. What really sets Cafe Bushehri apart, though, is the sense of community. From the regular chatting with the staff to the book club meeting in the corner, it's clear that this cafe is a beloved gathering place for the neighbourhood. If you're looking for a spot to relax, work, or just indulge in some amazing coffee and treats, look no further than Cafe Bushehri. I'll be back, and I'll be bringing friends! Highlights: Exceptional service Delicious coffee and food Cozy atmosphere Sense of community Recommendation: Try the Biscoff Cheese cake. Trust me, you...

Read moreI highly recommend this cafe located in Banikhet. It is eponymous with the quintessential Himachali cap. We visited the cafe multiple times during our stay at the Tilsharit Homestay ( same owner Parul mam). The decor is tasteful and the staff are courteous and helpful. Coming to the star of the show - the food, we had loaded nachos non veg(cheesy and chickeny finger licking goodness), grilled chicken with mushroom sauce (perfectly seasoned bechamel with umami from fresh mushroom, portion size enough for 2 moderate eaters), mushroom n cheese soup (amazing in the cold weather). The piece de resistance is the chocolate cake( perfectly moist with the satiny ganache and balanced sweetness). The no bake biscoff cheesecake was a crowd favourite. The last but not the least, hot chocolate deserves a special mention topped with whipped cream. I will definitely be back here.
PS - we tried the siddu too, the bread was soft and had the right amount of filling (khus and walnut). The ghee and the chilli dip elevated the Himachali experience to...
