Visited the cafe few months back for the first time. 🔸Place - 5/5 The place is amazing and built nicely. It has great vibe. Sitting area is quite good. Easy accessible.

🔸Food - 4/5 We have ordered quite a bunch of dishes. Some are exquisite and mouthwatering. We start with snack and then to main course. We ordered Fries, Pizza, Pasta, Fried Fish, Chilly Garlic Noodles, Soya cheese roll. In main course, Kadhai Panner, Dal Thadka, Dal Makhni, and Chicken Biryani. Preparation was so good. But I don't like the Biryani for the flavor is not upto the mark and the Soya cheese roll because I didn't get the taste of it. Resta all other dishes are great.

🔸 Service - 3/5 It was slow at that time. Rest staff is good.

Suggestion - If going in large group please order prior coming, so you don't have to wait for dishes to come on table. Overall great...

2 days back I visited Down Town. I Ordered Malai Chaap and Coffee there but the taste of chaap is very bad. I complaint about the chaap to manager but they didn't replaced the chaap and after some time they give us another one for taste but the taste of that chaap is also very bad. Presentation is just awesome but taste is not satisfactory. Apart from that coffee is good ambience is also very good. I just loved the ambience. The price are also high as compared to the quantity and taste...

We have booked Down town for one day to enjoy the marriage function and had the extra ordinary positive experience. Every meal was appreciated by all our guests.Guests enjoyed all the functions and all snacks. It was highly appreciated by our guests. Hospitality was fantastic and all staff was very polite and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr.Ishan and Amit for making it all possible and fulfilling all the last minute requests.
