Hotel Shingar Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

My stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing.The condition of the room was extremely poor and fell far below acceptable standards. The room was not properly cleaned; the air conditioner was non-functional, and the television did not work. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a leaking Western toilet seat. Basic necessities such as a bucket, bathing mug, dental kit, and soap were entirely absent. The curtains were dirty and improperly hung, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The towel provided was clearly used and unclean, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. Moreover, no drinking water was offered during our stay. The rooms are not what are shown in the photos. Don't get swayed away by nice photos. I had booked a family room but Family rooms are worst. Shabby furnishing no windows facing old manali road with a common walking gallery no balcony. TV not working pillows are not good. WC jet is not working as it should. Bar is good food is OK just good for a stop over. MMT should ensure that what is shown in pics is actually there. Keeping in view the actual facilities and ambience of the rooms, the charges should be max 1k rs. for room only. MMT should not mislead people with nice photos description etc....

Worst experience ever. Never thought that this big hotel will try to steal our money by reducing the quantity of food and increasing the cost. Just bought the full lemon chicken but the quantity was lesser than the half of the dish . It is such a disrespect and disloyalty to the customer who expects good service from the hotel , for few rupees , i had never thought they would sell their self respect... greediness at its peak. You should know that you are only fooling yourself by fooling your customers , this bowl was half full for the price of 473 rupees which was lesser than 400 grams when...
