I ordered idli and dosa batter both from Sreshta Foods. Couldn't make it to pick it up and I got three packets in all delivered promptly by Verma. Let's talk about the batter. The idli batter is fantastic. It makes amazing idlis. They were soft and fluffy. All I needed to do was mix salt to taste. I made plain idlis and masala idlis with it. One packet made 24 idlis (regular size). The dosa batter was really good and one packet makes seven dosas. I added a little water to get required consistency and salt to taste. Crispy on one side and beautifully soft on the other side. I am sharing a picture of the dosa. I also made uttapam. All in all, full five stars for the batters. I hope the quality stays consistent. (ps) The food got devoured too quickly for me to take pictures but...
