We had the wonderful opportunity of staying at the Baragarh Resort and Spa and we dined at the Tentu Restaurant here. They even have an adjacent bar lounge called - Tibba. We went there in the evening for drinks and dinner as well as in the morning for breakfast. We tried the cocktails- Tibba mist which was a signature drink with Tequila and also the Cosmopolitan which was nice too. For snacks we tried the chicken Sheekh Kebab and Chicken Tikka Kebab. Both were delicious and tasted awesome however needless to mention, they were expensive. The chicken tikka kebab was priced at about ₹2100 and the sheekh kebab at about ₹1400. The cocktails were priced at about ₹1000 for the signature ones. Next for dinner, we tried the non veg Himachal thali that had a wonderful collection of multiple regional authentic dishes. Among these the pahadi mutton tasted really well among other dishes. We also tried the kala Khatta chane ka curry along with an authentic stuffed bhature. The Himachal thali was priced at about ₹2500 and was sufficient for even two of us. Next morning we visited for breakfast again which was included in our stay. We were expecting a breakfast buffet but we were informed everything would be cooked fresh according to whatever we order. Chef Mukhesh came to visit us, suggested his recommendations and the service was excellent. We tried a bakery platter, Puri bhaji, idli sambhar, pancakes, fruit juices which were all very good. The masala dosa was exceptionally tasty and we even tried the authentic Himachal dish- Siddhu upon recommendation by chef Mukesh. What is even more mentionable about the dining experience here is the view. We dined with a splendid view of the breathtaking Himalayan ranges on all sides of the property. At night too, the view was superb as the night skyline of Kullu visible from the property is a...
