The climber's cafe — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Loved the ambiance of the place. I wouldn't expect to see such a grand cafe tucked away in the Himalayas of Keylong. It was a total surprise to walk in here. The place has exquisite baking skills. Their chocolate croissant takes away the crown. The host was very kind and nice. They tried to cater to our every need. The view from the windows is just mind-blowing Don't forget to try shapta and tingmo the lahauli dish that energizes your appetite deliciously. Excellent views of the higher Himalayas from the restaurant itself. They even have open rooftop if one wants to enjoy uninterrupted views of surrounding mountains. They have some indoor games to play as well while one waits for the food.

The young staff is extremely polite and soft spoken. They even played and kept our kids engaged.

Coming to food, it is absolutely authentic and very tasty and very reasonably priced.

Overall a great package with room for improvement.
