The Red Capsicum Dhaba — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

We had stopped at this restaurant for having our evening snacks and cup of hot tea/coffee. The restaurant is located just after Solan while going towards Shimla on the highway. The place also has a parking area which is just adequate to accommodate a few cars at a time. The first thing that we noticed about the place is its cleanliness and the owners ensure that the place is kept clean at all times. The staff members are also polite an courteous. The menu offers a range of cuisines/ dishes and beverages to choose from, though, tea was not available during our visit. Our order of coffee and pakoras was delivered to us within appropriate time. The pakoras, especially the chilli pakoras, were delicious and the hot coffee complemented them.

Overall a nice place to take rest...

This is a dhaba cum restaurant located enroute Chandigarh-Shimla highway. Most of the taxi drivers will stop here for food because they earn a commission from the restaurant. Coming to the service, it is ok and not so highly professional. Food is good and the pricing is competitive. The decor and the atmosphere is dull. The lighting is equally bad. This is a small stop on the way to chail, maintained by sardarji. Interiors are good, and he seem to b more educated than ppl who got high degrees still no traffic sense and no.practical way of life. His quotes were amazing urging ppl to vote n behave well. He himself was very soft spoken. This is totally at isolated place I mean on that road it's d only one on that long stretch.
