Disappointing Experience at Cafe Up Town, Jawahar Nagar Mandi, HP

I recently visited Cafe Up Town in Jawahar Nagar Mandi, HP, hoping to discover a new gem in the area. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.

Firstly, the location has limited parking space, which can be inconvenient for patrons. However, the ambiance inside the cafe is pleasant, and the air conditioning provides relief from the summer heat.

Regrettably, the service was severely lacking. It took over 20 minutes to receive a single veg Kathi roll, which is unacceptable for a cafe. Additionally, the cold coffee I ordered was disappointingly warm, rendering it practically undrinkable.

As for the food itself, the veg Kathi roll was average at best, failing to impress in flavor or presentation.

Overall, my visit to Cafe Up Town was not a positive experience. I would advise others to visit and judge for themselves, but based on my personal experience, I cannot...

I have a good experience here, the service person is so well mannered and innocent and quick service. I want to suggest to the owner that for coffee please use the fresh coffee beans. You can use the bluetokai French Roast. The presentation of the food is good I just need to draw your attention towards the salad that please add some other things with the onion.
