Honest review- comparing to it's other branches it's not that good, variety of pizzas are less compared to it's other branches. Customer service isn't well enough, waiting for serving is much time consuming. They didn't provide menu and they served only 3 type of pizza while there's 4 type in menu. Toppings is too less on pizza there's only cheese, and they didn't even serve the pizza mentioned in the menu. Garlic bread's crust was too crispy (hard&burnt). I have worst experience over here. I ordered jain food but non jain food served to me over here and same thing happened twice. For the first time I insisted my mom to visit pizza place and she accepted that only for my happiness and the staff of this place has ruined my dinner thought by asking the same question "Are you guys Jain?" probably I have answered more than 20 times for this question. I recently dined at William Johns Pizza Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional atmosphere and service. The staff were incredibly attentive, with our server and his manager, Arif, standing out for their outstanding hospitality. Orders were promptly taken and served, with barely a moment's wait between courses.

While the unlimited pizza option, priced at an unbeatable ₹288 (inclusive of taxes), offered remarkable value, the quality of the pizzas was not comparable to individual pizza order. However, considering the vast array of items included in the deal, the compromise on quality was understandable.
