Indian Coffee House Narmadapuram — Restaurant in Hoshangabad

The best place for South Indian food only....... Apart from this we found other dish below expectations.... Specially Bhaji Pav, fried rice are just different in taste .. it seemed items served us are from other category. We ordered Dehivada, where Vada was served with Dahi as it is served with sambhar. If you are ordering anything apart from South Indian DO ASK QUESTIONS. how the dish will be served.

And Green salad was just just below se below average. I will not recommend anyone to order green salad. They served the as the vegetable were kept in fridge since 4-5 days and now used. Even they don't take reviews when I complained at cournter they were not responding. And when I talked again the manager was loke... Billing person is having language problem... what a pathetic response Was very...

They charged us a different price than in the menu Snack Dishes like dahi vada and chola tikka are completely different than in other restaurants and other ICHs , Dahi vada is not the traditional vada , but they are using medhu vada and not eveing telling about that while taking order, also they dont ask quantity while taking order but bring the largest size themselves ...i just told them dahi vada , he dint ask single vada or full plate, but brought full plates himself, eben thoigh there is separate option for single vada in menu , and he should have asked. In chhola tikka, there was no chutney and dahi ...only 1 large plate filled with chhola with minimal tikiya , was not even able to eat that chhola once tikiya got finished. Indian Coffee House is a big franchise in India, but in Narmadapuram the taste of food is very poor. I ordered veg biryani and idli, but the quality was disappointing. The food was not fully cooked, and the taste was far below expectations. The cost is also very high compared to the quality — here, a full plate of boiled rice is around ₹250, whereas in other restaurants you can easily get a full plate of biryani for ₹80–100 with much better taste.

Talking about the staff behavior, they seemed to respond only to big position people like police officers, who are their regular customers, but not to others. I don’t understand why new customers, who are also paying the same amount, are treated differently.
