Fusion Delight Restaurant — Restaurant in Howrah

Ordered fish fry 240/-, Fushion Delight spcl fried rice 250/- and chicken butter tikka masala 280/-. The quality and taste of fish fry was just pathetic when complained they said it was my mistake I couldn't understand the taste. Coming to the rice it was served late and taste was not at all satisfactory there was no salt at all. And lastly the chicken tikka butter masala was smelling which first they said its of tangy flavour and kept on arguing untill one of their staff tasted and said no its not tangy flavour but its smelling.. then they provided a discount only for the chicken tikka butter masala.

Service and staff behaviour is too rude.. The complementary water which they provided in a glass bottle was unhygienic.. the cap of the bottle was having a layer black dirt when said they described its nothing but water sediment 🤣 means customers visiting knows nothing and they knows everything as they are running 6 restaurants in Kolkata this was what the owner said.. Either they should improve the quality or should shut the restaurant down with this pathetic food quality, service and staff..

This place is tucked away inside a commercial building near Hanskhali poole. Not many good looking fancy restaurants are there in this area. One fine evening I thought to visit this place and get some food parcelled. While ordering the food for takeaway, we decided to munch on some snacks, so we ordered fish fingers. Taste wise it was pretty bland and not upto the mark for the price you pay! I felt price is almost equivalent to some legendary Park Street restaurants like Bar-B-Que!! By putting a tag of Rs 350 for a chicken starter, you can not simply project this as an upscale restaurant. You’d need innovation, taste, hospitality, ambience and location to match that price tag! I think their vision does not match the reality on ground....
