Pizza Hut | Grand Trunk Rd Liluah, Kolkata — Restaurant in Howrah

I rarely give 1 star to a place. Here are the reasons for IT. THE LOW RATING SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. Pizza hut is known to be a little expensive but better than Dominos. It has great service and quality options BUT this newly opened Liluah outlet is a dark spot on the name of Pizza hut.

I've dined at pizza hut few times in outlets of Kolkata so I can say that this outlet does a lot of compromise in quality and service. They think people of this locality are fools and they won't know the diffrence.

In this outlet, I've dined, and had takeaways multiple times. Most of the time, they lack toppings, bread options are totally unavailable, cold drinks are also unavailable many times.

When I ordered on the app for takeaway, they didn't call me to let me know that my order was ready. I reached there at the designated time and found my pizza sitting cold for 20 mins. Another time I reached to collect my order, I found that my pizza was given away to some zomato guy 😑 They made me sit there for another 30 mins to start cooking again. Only time waste.

Now during another delivery, I ordered San Francisco style crust pizzas, when I got my pizza I found it to be the basic pizza. When I contacted them, they told me they don't have all those varieties yet. If you order non veg mania/flavour fun budget pizzas, you'll only find ingredient kanjoosi. I found only 3 tiny chunks of chicken in 4 slices. 1 in each and the 4th slice only had onions.

Once I saw a staff spill cold drink on another customer, he didn't even apologize just went on ahead gave her another coke and started wiping their table while they were eating on the table 😂. My question is if this outlet is not ready to serve yet, please shut it down , get the preparations done, train your staff then open it. Right now you're just promoting a bad brand name...

I just ordered from the new outlet of liluah . A girl named NAZ was at the reception while me & my friend was ordering. She informed us colddrink was not available and when we asked if we can bring the softdrink from outside, she denied saying it's not allowed. I am fine with the rules and all but the way she answered was very very rude. I have graduated from hospitality industry and I know when we deny a guest for a service which is not available, we say it politely . The way she behaves is worst . If she is going to deal with the guests coming to this new outlet , trust me this outlet is not going to work well. Visited Pizza Hut today to avail their 50% Mother’s Day discount. We ordered two medium pizzas – Sausage Cheesy New Medium Pizza and Sizzling Schezwan Pizza. The taste was quite good, definitely enjoyable – I'd give it a 4/5 on food.

However, the ambience was a big letdown. The place was empty, yet when we entered, all the ACs were off. They turned them on later, but there was no cooling at all – we were sweating the entire time. It really affected the whole dining experience.

The total bill came to ₹524, which felt a bit steep even with the discount.
