Sip 'N' Bite's — Restaurant in Howrah

Their service level had become worst now. I visited there with my siblings and 2 people were vegetarian in our group. I ordered one plate chilli mushroom and one plate chilli chicken but after a long wait they gave us one plate chilli chicken and one plate chicken mushroom which was very wrong. They intentionally gave non veg food to pure veg people. We asked them to give mushroom and take chicken Manchurian as we didn't ordered that but they took a lot of time in it. Then I ordered one plate chilli chicken and few laccha parathas and when it came, I found there was hairs in it. My whole mood was spoilt and when the manager came he just told "galti se chala gaya hoga" which was too casual and he didn't even apologise. I never expected this type of service from...

Salkia hardly had good food options, before this joint. The food tastes good, quantity is fair, and service is quite promt. Haven't tried the 'family restaurant' section. The red interior was a let down, at least from outside. The basic chowmein, chilly chicken is the staple and 'can't fail with them' option. However, the menu is traditional with little to no experimentation. But still, something is better than nothing; especially in a locality that has a crying need for quality...

Yaa it is good .........but food quality is not so good...accoding to taste it is good but not best...... There is a restraurant like close sitting area and this was realy good.....the staffs behviour is bad i must say......not so much crowd........place is also good.... According to price ther charge higher w.r.t their food taste..billing system is good...
