Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype

Don’t go by the ratings—I had a very poor experience here. It took them 30 minutes just to take our order, and we had to wait 30–40 minutes for each item to be served.

The biryani was a complete letdown—more like fried rice with some chicken and mutton pieces thrown in. There’s clearly not enough staff, and the ones who were there seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is showing a 4.7 rating.

Food quality? Bad. Service? Worse. Experience? Never again.

Checked with the team for items they ask the particular item you are asking for is not available right inspite please try with other item. Adjusted to order the item which available still People are serving the frozen food, if asked why the food is not served in hot, stated you already consumed Little portion now you cannot say the food is not hot.

Staff said we have cctv available you can check how we cooked at the kitchen, if asked for the proof they are saying the owner is not available now to show you the video, we can show the footage later.

If there is any chance of giving 0 rating I would definitely gave that to this restaurant, worst experience we had in whole Hyderabad,service is so slow, hygiene 0, taste of food is very bad it is not biryani it's just turmeric rice , they show 10% off on dinning platforms if we ask for the discount they will pick a fight with us , worst management worst food really disgusting, the price is really overrated its not worth spending 700 on turmeric rice ,I would suggest everyone not to...
