Cake Boyzs — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst counter manager I have spoken to. Visited 2 times. 1st day I was asked to pay 140 when my bill was 110. I realised it at the correct time and corrected him. No problem. Second day I was charged 100 when my bill was 80. I did the payment through gpay. While eating outside I realised I was overcharged. I went to the counter manager and told him he charged 20 rs extra. He replied that he called me and gave me 20 cash and was adamant on it, which was not the truth as I did not have any cash on me and I did the payment through gpay and moreover I would remember right. While sorting this out with him, he got very aggressive both verbally and his body language in general, even after not being able to prove the same through CCTV footage. Finally he couldn't prove it through CCTV footage which he was claiming he could prove. Inspire of feeling sorry he got loud and aggressive and misbehaved with the lady along to an extent I can't even explain and asked us to leave and shouted on us "Niklo chalo". It was a complete harrasment and corrosive behaviour from than man. Apart from food the owner should keep the customer service in mind aswell and hire someone with atleast basic education and ethics. This is was WORST experience of ever and disappointed to the most on my son's birthday, we happen to witness two big cockroaches in 2KG cake box along with cake. I saw some of the cream ate by cockroaches and footprint on the cake. we wouldn't want disappoint my son in front of his friends (more than 15 members) so decided to cut and we had scrap it. post party when we visited bakery and my wife so furious and argued with them how can so irresponsible serving food like this, also demanded to refund the total payment. Bakery staff response was, we are running from so many years never happen like this, sometimes these things happens like is it obvious. On refund part they said you guys ate the cake and asking for refund. This was never for money, all about for safety of consumer. This review is after my visit yesterday to the bakery. I had heard a-lot about this place and the good food here but to my surprise there was neither good food nor it was a good place. Boring ambience and tasteless food. I ordered chicken puff, paneer roll, egg puff, chicken burger, red velvet pastry, milk butterscotch pastry.
