Revisit 22/11/23 better than last time but still a long way from the erstwhile taste. Better than most other places though.

Revisit 31/08/2023 Some changes in taste. Not as great as before the sadarji is not sitting at the counter egg pula my favorite retained most of its taste but definitely there is a change. Pricing still affordable and quantity and quality nice.

A small hole in the wall place that i have been frequenting since the mid 90's . Am amazed at how they maintained the same consistency the food all these years. My favourite dish is egg pulav and its taste quality and quantity has remained the same over more than 22years. This place used to be my daily lunch place for more than 2years when i was working as a sales representative it was 95 and 96 i think. The place provided me with low cost but tasty and quality food i remember the egg pulav to be Rs 24 or so. My recent visit was couple of days back and i was really happy to see nothing changed the same staff the same furniture but best of all the same great tasting food with the same quality. Best roti so far!! Loved it. If you‘re around ferozguda or batanagar and you're Looking for a place to eat, this is the place for you, not so expensive, very tasty food. You get to watch cricket it there's an ongoing match. And this place Is not that great to sit but if you‘re a foodie, you shouldn‘t mind that. Undeniably, this place serves the best and most authentic Punjabi food in the city, that too at very reasonable prices. Kingfisher awarded their Methi Chicken as the city's best, but my personal favourites have to be their Butter...

This place has gone from the best, to mediocre, to bad really fast after management changed. The staff working here since decades have left and the quality has fallen sharply.

It felt like I sat in an oven when I got in there to dine, yet the prices are comparable to other AC restaurants. I hope they take the criticism positively and make necessary changes to improve this place and bring it back to its glory.

Won't be going back there again to dine. Maybe for a take out once in a while. Really...
