Hotel Kinara Grand — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Kinara grand owners, please cancel the contract with these guyss. This is the worst kinara grand i ever tasted. keeping other kinara grands in mind, i did not give a second thought since it was late night and it is the closest to me. This made my night horrible, was expecting a better food. Dude, my house maid cooks better food . Special biryani is a bummer. Never try that, that felt like a bajji biryani not chicken boneless biryani. Left most of the biryani. Yuckkk. Ordered tandoori chicken half... pieces were cold, green chutney offered with it smelled like 1-2days old. With this cheapo food, they are selling 60rs water bottle. Not sure, the tall guy is a manager at this place. He ask for tips straight up. Ambience is alright. If you change your chef, you will survive. Horrible Experience :( !!! I visited this restaurant many times. Food is OK. Can't expect 5 star food range in this type of restaurants. I wanted to take this to hotel management - please train your managers (Ch.Venkatesh is the store manager now. I asked his name to notify restaurant management about this behaviour). This guy has attitude problem. No common sense, I don't understand if he is educated or just for name sake they are well dressed and maintain the restaurant. Not only me i got to know from few other people that this store manager is rude and dont even care customers. We spend lot of money on food in your restaurant to spend some time with family for good lunch or dinner. This' guy's responses will not only affect our mood but will spoil our day. I am writing this with too much of pain. Kinara's higher management should note this point and train Mr Venkatesh to behave well...

Food taste is bad ! This is a common feature in both of their outlets . There's nothing special about the high priced special biryani just comes without bones but tastes disgusting I had to leave the entire thing. Mixed Noodles only have few decorative pieces of prawns & bits of chicken, spring rolls has a tasteless hard coating of maida got stomach upset after eating that, They don't know how to make chillie lamb at all literally just aded strips of green chillie in chunks of tasteless mutton.
