I had ordered Puri today and they served with Kurma when I asked if potato curry is served they No. In the counter usual tough guy who is waiting to fight and show his power said that the owner has clearly instruction not to serve potato curry, if people want let them eat or leave. We've been visiting this tiffin center for a decade now. We tried several items, including the Idli, Dosa, Vada, Poori and Mysore Bonda. Both the items and the accompanying chutneys were generally delicious, but we've noticed the chutney quality sometimes lacks consistency, which could be improved.

When I politely requested extra chutney, the parcel delivery person responded with an arrogant and unhelpful attitude. Customer service, especially from staff interacting directly with customers, needs significant improvement.

While the food was okay, the poor and arrogant service is a major deterrent that I hope the management addresses...
