Items are mostly not available, Owner is rude, owner of the restaurant cannot take any negative feedback and will be the first one to take positive credit, I have recently commented on a reel to with the review based on my experience I had after visiting 6 times to the restaurant.
1st time they gave really good shawarma at chanchalguda branch, next time I went to nalgonda x road branch they reheated and gave a pre prepared stuff which was too oily, 3rd to 6th time items were never available even when you go around 8 pm or 9:30 pm.
Upon sharing the feedback the owner responded rudely, and such unprofessional replies from the owner can be seen in the other google reviews too.
Before opening a restaurant in a place like Hyderabad where people have too many options for food and where there is great hospitality from the owners of restaurants, such unprofessional owners must take a hotel management course of treating the customers and their feedback positively and productively to improve and grow in market, rather this owner seems to be not caring about the feedback of the customer and by showing this attitude they will surely loose many customers, surely you lost many as seen in the google comments.
Being a muslim you should first learn manners to talk to people, secondly if you are in hotel business and don’t provide good service or food or take customers for granted then you will not grow in business because of arrogance and pride which you are showing in comments.
I sincerely suggest you to take a hotel management course for better understanding of business and how to deal with feedback.
We would love to promote businesses of our muslim brothers provided customers are not taken for granted and...

Read moreI’ve been visiting Itabian Restro in Chanchalguda since its inception in 2017, and over the years, it has become my go-to place for consistently delicious food and warm, familiar service. My favourites have always been the Arabian Shawarma Grilled, Chicken Tikka Platter, and the BBQ Burger—each dish perfectly cooked, beautifully spiced, and served with care. What makes it truly special is the personal connection I’ve built with the staff; they know me so well that my orders come exactly how I like them—extra spicy—without me even having to ask. Their attention to detail and understanding of customer preferences is something I deeply appreciate.
Recently, I tried their Chicken Broasted, which once again exceeded expectations with its crispy texture and balanced spice. What truly sets Itabian apart are their fresh, in-house sauces—rich, flavorful, and the perfect complement to their dishes. Every visit feels like dining with friends, thanks to the consistently polite, attentive, and welcoming staff. Itabian isn’t just a restaurant to me; it’s a place where good food meets genuine hospitality. I genuinely look forward to returning, again and again, to relive...
