KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Very worst service.We have placed an order through KFC app around 9:40 PM and they have given the estimated arrival as 10:38.The distance between my home and the KFC forum mall is hardly half kilometer. After that there was no update on the order status later on I have to wait until 10:40 and tried to contact delivery guy and there was no response. Then tried to contact customer care and they shared me a contact of the manager who left KFC an year back.

I have to keep calling the delivery guy and he responded around 11 stating that his bike tyre got punctured and he didn't collect the order also.

Then the KFC manager from store called me back after multiple customer care escalation and delivered the order...

Was a big fan of kfc but recently visited kfc forum two times, both the outlet’s in the same mall. Neither the 1st floor or the food court one is maintaining any quality of food. Worst cx service. Why being so rude to your cx when they are here to pay?? Never going back there again. Same goes for the Pragathinagar’s one too in terms of food quality.

Albaik or chickings are far better in terms of quality food, quantity, taste, cx service and most important how they dress up the food for serving.

Kfc of Agartala, Guwahti and Mizoram are way way better in terms of everything there.

I’m just sharing my honest review as kfc was always my first choice but now onwards I have to think twice before...

The worst KFC I have ever been. No proper interaction with customers while taking order in the counter, half of the orders items will be given and ask the customers to wait for 10 mins for other items to get ready, they don’t prepare the rest item unless you go there alarm, had to remind them after 20 mins about the order, finally they said it will take another 15 mins, after 15 mins they told it will take another few minutes as food is getting prepared, so I had to spend more than 1 hour 15 mins and walk out without having the rest of the items. This happened on 27th July 2019.
