KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

After 2 hours of order (through KFC app) , I received a call from the delivery executive informing me that the restaurant had not prepared my order. I also spoke directly with someone (via delivery boy phone) at the restaurant, and despite sharing the bill and order number, I was told that they had not received any such order. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Dont know if its KFC policy or not but when i ordered chicken roll, they asked single cheese or double. I refused to have cheese in it but they said it was there rule and charged 25 rupees. After receiving the order there was hardly any cheese. Upon questioning they were pointing out to mayo and saying it was cheese.
