KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We'd ordered from here on April 23rd 2025, but the order was later cancelled by them. We still haven't received our refund even after reaching out to them and visiting the store several times. We've tried complaining to them via emails and social medias along with all the receipts and proofs, but to no avail. They aren't refunding our money back. We have no other option but to reach out to consumer court now.

EDIT: Hope this is an automated response from your side, because your reply doesn't make any sense, as I've already mentioned that I've complained to the said email but received no support or response...

2 stars because the the food is ok but the experience is bad. The bread quality is going down , it crumbles. You guys need to check the ventilation systems at your outlets , almost all of them (in Hyderabad) are suffocating. No proper AC, you can see the guys at counter sweating. The seating area is filled with smoke. Stinks of chicken (fried smell) . The tables are not cleaned up. You can see the plates lying around. Orders are not processed in sequence. No proper system or display. Ok me has to keep standing and ask multiple times "bhai mera order kab aaega". If you are lucky the guy may respond and process it for you. If not he simply ignores. And you keep waiting in vain. When compared to others like MCd and BK , Kfc has a lot of catching up to do in this area. Kfc had been my favourite for years have experienced it in China and USA and in India since it was launched. Sadly the experience had been spiralling down...

On July 6th (today) i had Rice Box 5-in-1 from KFC Nacharam store. Today there is one offer of 1 pc chicken free with the order which was mentioned in the bill. Once order ready they took back my bill and given me the food. I heard their staff conversation that to collect the bills from customer. For me also they take back the bill. So i told her to give me the bill. When i checked the bill i understood they didnt gave me the free chicken pc. That means you people are showing the offer to get business and cheating customers by taking back the bill. Myself asked and i got the free offer. What about other customers??

Is the satff taking the free chicken or by the management is doing like this. Any way really they are cheating customers in the name of offer.
