I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at kritunga Restaurant. The hygiene standards here are appalling, and I’m shocked by the lack of basic cleanliness. The bowls we were served with were clearly not washed properly; remnants of food and water were left in them, which is completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a restaurant.

To make matters worse, the food we were served had visible water pooling in it, which not only ruined the taste but also raised serious concerns about how the food is prepared and handled. This is a major red flag in terms of food safety, and it left us questioning whether the food was even safe to eat.

When we brought these issues to the attention of the management, they were completely unresponsive and dismissive. There was no apology, no effort to address our concerns, and certainly no attempt to rectify the situation. This kind of behavior is inexcusable and reflects very poorly on the establishment’s commitment to its customers.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place until they take serious steps to improve their hygiene practices and customer service. Your health and safety should always come first, and this restaurant clearly doesn’t prioritize either.

It is such a pathetic situation for us as we visited with cousins to have a brunch which lasted worse and no apology from the manager of the restaurant.

We had the worst experience from this hotel. We were completely dissapointed by the service and the response of the owner. When we told him what went wrong he denied almost each and everything saying he is right. He is adamant and not able to take any sort of criticism. He is not ready to listen and the only thing he does is defends his wrong service. He had made big and fake promises before the event and delivered almost nothing. Mopping was done right after we arrived. The tea had tea dust which was a very bad experience for the guests. We were not given basic silver ware like spoons for the lunch. Breakfast was served in paper plates. There was no proper dustbin to discard the used plates. No proper staff for the sevice. The curd was so watery like butter milk. When we asked the owner about this he in return said it was a creamy curd which turned watery because of the heat which was absurd. The paneer starter was hard. We were given plastic like spoons and bowls in a banquet hall function for the hot soup to be served. The soup was like a tomato curry with bread crumbs in it.We had almost 25 complaints from the service for just a small crowd of 75 people. They are unfit for managing such events and this the worst experience I ever had at any function hosted by us. KRITUNGA as a brand in totality is expected to have the best food, service and ambience. Unfortunately this branch is the worst out of its chain of branches. We were served cold food, and the staff was completely unprofessional. They didn’t serve the food as they have to showing no professionalism at all. When asked for lemons, the serving lady has told us there were no lemons available because they weren’t cut and locked in a different room and they had no keys . Like what? I was like what? I didn’t know what to say! The Biriyani was not definitely cooked the same day should be a night before food. We also had stomach ache after getting back home. The glass smelled foul. We raised all these issues with the management they did not address them as expected. When told the food was cold they were looking at us from a bit far and discussing loudly regarding our complaint and they literally told we can’t convince every other customer that comes to our restaurant.
