Unimpressed and Disgusted! The food was OK as usual and expected. The seating area above the bakery was dirty, with water from the bathroom overflowing and leftover food everywhere. Tables were not cleaned and was hot, no Ac or windows were opening.

Didn't see the point of having a seating area above the bakery, since we were soo grossed out we ended up sitting and eating our burgers in the car.

Above the hot food service area, A CAT was roaming above the ducts. When pointed out to the staff, THEY SHRUGGED IT OFF!! I don't have a problem with cats... But a stray one walking ABOVE an area SERVING FOOD ON PLATES??? COME ON, GUYS!!! The cat jumped down from the ducts onto the top of the fridge, onto the counter, and onto the floor before exiting the bakery.

And the staff acted like this was common for them, which now I have my doubts that it probably occurs daily.

From a big establishment like this, I expected more, but I was sorely disappointed and would rather visit an older establishment of theirs or even better, order online and get it to my door.

But after seeing this, I doubt I'd even be able to...

Love the food. Have a huge variety of choices and the quality is just mind blowing. The paneer roll needed a bit more of a different flavour like a slight sweetness our sourness or even a bit more of salt ..it was rather spicy, the chicken spring roll was wonderful, the egg puffs had a while egg sliced into half and filled into it making it a huge puffs, but the filling was lacking. There was just the egg..needed a bit of onions and some sort of an extra with it. What i absolutely loved was the chicken puffs!! Was a huge puffs and the filling was just unparalleled. The flavour balance and the texture struck me as soon as I bit into it and was an absolute treat! It was heavenly and the black forest pastry had a very good balance of sweet, sour and Coco flavour, not toouch of anything. Was a moist rich cake , not flaky or dry.. with ample flavours in the syrup and loved how the plainness of the cream contrasted with the flavours of the cake. I requested a chicken pizza that was hot and spicy along with this, I was ordered virgin mojito. I see that they use more ice in virgin mojitos. They spent 20 minutes preparing this thing after billing, yet they showed that they are annoying clients and squandering customers time and money. The view and space were excellent for being on the first floor, but I didn't feel inclined to give this item a * rating because the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't hot, that it wasn't at all stuffed well, that the ingredients weren't melting properly when I ate the pizza, and that they kept a separate. As she approached my table to ask for a review, even your staff member observed this.

Employee to solicit customer feedback. Instead of concentrating on this, you could hire more employees to deliver food in accordance with customer requests. Customers would then rate your business based on...
