La Pino’z Pizza — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Took 40 minutes to prepare & Serve, while the promise made at counter was 15-20 mins. Vegetables are uncooked. Evident that the Pizza is not baked with Vegetables (Bellpepper, onions, Corn, Mushroom) on it, were added later (raw & uncooked). Instead of cheese, dumped Mayo all over. So unlike LaPinoz standard Chipotle Mayo on the side was missing, asked and they dont serve it at this branch. Bread sticks is hard dry bread with no signs of cheese, not soft, had to spit out and leave the dish Owner gets into an argument challenging me on time it took to serve, inspite of showing whats displayed on bill at time of order. Rude, no remorse on delayed serving. The place was hot with mosquitos, no Fans/coolers, the table cleaners are dissinterested and had to be requested several times. I would go to Financial district branch any day. This Tellapur branch license should be scrapped by the LaPinoz...

They screwed up my new year plans and made us wait for 80 minutes after ordering at the counter to pick up the two monsters.

Pizzas taste good, much better than Domino's, Pizza Hut and ilk. That is the only reason for my visits often. Service is a screw up almost every time. App ordering is also a screw up if attempted at lunch time.

The franchise owner (Sam ?) has been lying saying the pizzas are in the oven for a better part of 1 hour. He should have told us upfront that it might take 1 hr+ while accepting the payment at counter and we would have gotten our stuff elsewhere...

I recently tried Lampino's pizza, and I must say, it was quite good! I opted for the chicken tikka pizza along with some garlic bread on the side. The chicken tikka pizza had just the right amount of spice, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The crust was perfectly crispy. As for the garlic bread, it was warm, buttery, and infused with just the right amount of garlic flavor. The service was prompt and friendly.
