The food menu is limited to less than 5 everyday items, staff consists of majorly inexperienced young guys so do not keep expectations high for service. I was once served coffee with ginger as an experiment as if I was a guinea pig and charged an extra 5 rupees for it. The complaint fell on deaf ears as the guy was convinced that I was Happy with the product. The atmosphere is good as there is plenty of space but the crowd seems to be growing...

Worst service, over hyped, thats way public floating reduced , full to erogance, staff behaviour is rude, the taste of tea is very bad, bellam chai is better than this place, I recommend bellam chai or tea time, worst staff, they treat customers like robbers. I...
