Not worth the hype. We have ordered 4 items

1. Shahi Paneer Biryani Signature - it was bland. There is no dum in it. Salt wasn't enough, the mirchi ka salan is below average. Raitha is excellent though.
2. NGKB Non Veg special curry- it is basically boneless chicken with cashew and gravy. It was too salty. We had to get it replaced but again they gave the same thing. It was total waste of money.
3. Ashirwad Pulka- pulka was a bit bitter, but okay.
4. Chicken dum pot biryani- it was good but salt was less.

Both the biryanis were served cool. We had to ask them to reheat.

There were no desserts at all. The handwash was filled with surf water. There is no central AC. The AC behind us wasn't working .

I got to know the staff were on Eid holiday and there was a lot of rush since it was Saturday.

It's in a really good spot in SRNagar. They hopefully improve the items and add desserts.

This was the worst service I had ever seen .. the lady who is serving the food was showing attitude you have to greet your customers with smiling ... and going with food I have order couple mutton pot biryani as curd rice, veg biryani and apricot delight , in this dishes the mutton was black in colour when I was asking the manager he came in a track pant and saying we have ordered it today and he is showing the bill of the mutton ,I was asking him why the mutton is black in colour he was offering me the some discount I just informed him sir we need good food, we come to a good branded restaurants to have good food this was a bad experience and I have paid the total bill and left .. management please take care of u r outlook ad service , I am a business man i am into the service felid if you want to talk send me a message on my Instagram...
