Rotten Chicken Biryani Served & Unhygienic Conditions at this Hotel . I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the food quality and hygiene practices followed . I purchased two Chicken Biryani packets from this hotel. Upon reaching home, when my family opened the packets, we were shocked to find rotten and foul-smelling chicken pieces. It appears the hotel may be reusing afternoon-cooked chicken in evening meals, compromising public health. Additionally, I observed that the hotel premises are extremely unhygienic and dirty. When I confronted the hotel staff regarding the spoiled food, they not only refused to acknowledge the issue but also raised their voices and used abusive language, which was deeply offensive and unprofessional. This is a matter of serious concern to public health and safety. In today’s time, where food-borne illnesses are increasing, such negligence is unacceptable. I request the FSSAI authorities and GHMC health officials to immediately inspect the hotel, review its food preparation practices, hygiene standards, and take appropriate action as per food safety laws. I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment for dinner, where I indulged in a delectable 2-piece fried chicken Mandi. I must commend their choice of flavor, a delightful infusion of garlic that truly captivated my palate. The rice, while flavorful, suffered from an excess of oil, inundating the dish with its presence.

Now, let me turn my attention to the fried chicken pieces, regrettably, they fell short of expectations. It seemed as though they had been fried to an excessive degree, resulting in a thick layer of chicken that had been charred to the point of being nearly impossible to chew.

When i called restaurant, they gave another number, when I called them, again that guy was giving me somone else's number and they rudely shouted at me.
