Read moreLast evening, we went to this place around 12 am. We received a very warm reception at entrance on first floor and somehow got to our table. I ordered Haleem first and asked Mandi after, which they said has been finished. They gave us the option to choose between Chicken and mutton biryani and I said chicken. They took the order and after 15-20 mins, they came back saying chicken biryani is over, you can order mutton that too it is only one plate left. So left with no option, I ordered mutton. To my surprise, they got me a mutton biryani which was cold and when asked why is it so, they were completely unapologetic and everyone was busy completing the shift and running to home.
My only ask was if you really have no items, then why did you showed us the way to table, you could have told us restaurant is closing and you can leave, we would have gone.
Icing on the cake was the price of Haleem only to take from ground floor to first floor had skyrocketed to 360 per plate from the original price of 280 (I know this because I ate it at Yousuf Tekri branch) plus the taxes.
I sweared from next time, I won't be going to any Pista House outlet hereon considering the experience they gave us at Aramghar branch.
There is no appropriate parking space too for cars and no valet...
